 Product Disclaimer 

Purchaser understands and recognises that racing parts and equipment are exposed to many different conditions due to the manner in which they are used and installed.  Purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all competitions equipment and parts are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on our skill or judgement to select or furnish the proper part or equipment.  Purchasers expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill and judgement to select and purchase suitable goods.  We make no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied oral or written, to purchasers.  There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchasers.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or the user to satisfy themselves to any safety aspects regarding the use of any parts purchased from us.

 Damaged or defective goods 

You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. Please note images used on our web site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. If you find any defects or damages you must inform us by writing to us as soon as possible (within 5 working days of receipt of goods) and we will arrange the return of your goods, either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you when faulty goods are returned.

 Returns

All Returns must have an issued RMA number, accompanied by Returns RMA form (with all requested information clearly visible). Warranty on all items are RTB (Return to base), item(s) must be returned at your cost unless item(s) are faulty or sent to you in error (this is non-refundable). All consumable items are not exchangeable or refundable unless found to be faulty. All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and tested, if no fault can be found or suspected fault replicated, then the item(s) will be returned to you at your own cost (a handling charge of £5.00 may be incurred for testing items found with no faults) or a refund for the item will be issued and the item restocked (Please note a 15% handling fee will be applied). We will only send replacement goods upon receipt of returned items. 

Privacy

MC MOTORSPORT are aware that you the consumer are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you. We respect your privacy and treat all information as private and confidential, we will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of internal accounts purpose, delivery of goods, and for us to keep in contact with you from time to time regarding your order progress. We may also use this information for improving our quality of service and inform you of promotional deals we are offering from time to time.

We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your orders, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery. Unless required by law.

Prices and Payment

 All goods are priced at STD Rate, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling.

All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. Prices are checked regularly; however, whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors do occur. If prices on web site are shown higher than actual selling price - we will make adjustments and charge the correct price to you, if prices on the web site are shown lower than actual selling price - than we will at our discretion either. a) Contact you, cancel your order and refund your money, or b) contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. - Subject to not selling below our cost price.

The purchaser is liable for any local state or country taxes, should these arise. According to our current information, these will not normally arise for deliveries to EU members and some other European countries.

 Delivery

 We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date.  Postage despatch days are:-Tuesday & Friday. All products are couriered by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed for Air Mail. Tracking numbers available by request.

 Should you have any problems for example:-

If you do not receive your goods within 10 days.

You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery 

Then please email us with "Postage Problems" in the subject field with a description of the problem.
